We're making some changes - Amazon Selling Partner API
Scheduled maintenance update!
From Monday 1st August we'll be switching over to Amazon's next generation system for retrieving order data, the Amazon Selling Partner API
These changes will create a smoother experience for Nozzle users in the future - we expect the Amazon Selling Partner API to be more reliable and also make it easier for us to introduce features we know you want! Such as full product names, searchable ASIN filtering, and Subscribe and Save analysis, but there might be some disruption to dashboards for our existing customers while our engineers complete the move.

For sellers with a North American Marketplace.
From 1st August, your account will need to be re-authorized for you to continue seeing your orders data.
All you need to do is head to the Settings Page and click on the 'Sync' button under orders.
The root account holder will need to carry out this authorization.
If you do not have any North American marketplaces, then no action is required.
We'll do our best to make any disruption as minimal as possible, and we really appreciate your patience during this time.
